"Sabrina, the Teenage Witch" is going to college! The half-hour series, which was on ABC for four years and moves this fall to the WB, is theoretically set in Boston. But you know how those Hollywood people are, always faking it. Well, on Aug. 23-24 the producers are pulling a "Practice" and bringing Sabrina herself, Melissa Joan Hart, out this way to shoot her with all sorts of localizing landmarks like Faneuil Hall and the Charles River. This year, Sabrina moves out of her house and into off-campus housing - Allston beware! - with characters played by Soleil Moon Frye (from "Punky Brewster") and Elisa Donovan (from "Clueless"). Season starts Sept. 22.
